private guidance for creative minds

For unconventional, rebellious & big-hearted humans— artists, visionaries, disruptors, mystics, and earth stewards who want to use their art for meaningful good but feel tangled labyrinth of their own mind.

Hello! I’m Pascale, your guide on the rebellious path of creative living.

ABOUT ME

Dear creative mind,

Allow me to share a secret: my creative mind is not always a peaceful place to be. As a fellow creative myself, I too, experience firsthand the profound contrast between the healing, cathartic powers of art and the paralyzing anxieties it can cause.

How can we find more ease in this rebellious creative life we crave?

I believe it’s first and foremost a process of unlearning the ways we contort ourselves to fit into tiny boxes, choosing to work with rather than against ourselves, and slowly building inner anchoring to navigate the beautifully chaotic nature of the creative process.

Let’s get curious about who you are as an artist and what you’re here to create. Together, we’ll imagine a life that can hold your multitudes—one that honours what you truly need.

We’ll create nurturing environments (mentally, emotionally, and creatively) that allow your whole self to thrive. And we’ll develop new resilience skills to navigate the twists and turns of the rebellious life you crave.

I’d be honoured to be your guide towards creative liberation, and help you untangle the knots on your creative path, one thread at a time.

1:1 seasonal PARTNERSHIPS

This is a deep partnership* that holds space for the creative tangled in a liminal space—between projects, identities, or versions of themselves— or for the one who is ready to bring something meaningful to life and needs devoted support to stay grounded.

*Minimum 3-month commitment. For shorter-term support options, see below.

  • This is a deep, collaborative process where we get curious about what’s really going on underneath—what might be getting in the way between where you are now and your truest, creative, soul-led expression.

My approach weaves together creativity coaching, therapeutic arts facilitation, parts work, and somatic practices to support both self-expression and forward movement.

My work is not clinical. I do not offer psychotherapy or art therapy, and I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. What I do offer is a compassionate, non-judgmental space to support emotional insight and the path back to yourself.

  • A creative life doesn’t look one way. You don’t have to be a painter, poet, or musician to be an artist. If you view life and business through a creative lens, this partnership was designed with you in mind. Being an artist and monetizing your art are two different things—you don’t have to be making an income from your art (or even want to) to benefit from this coaching partnership. If creativity is important to you, and you want to create more space for it in your life, let’s explore this together.

Feel free to read through past clients stories here.

  • You’re brave enough to colour outside the lines, and it also means your unique path cannot follow any blueprint. Our creative partnership is a space we’ll co-create around who you truly are (and where your weirdness, complexity and intensity are welcome!).

We’ll meet the version of you that’s already living the life you’re trying to create. In our sessions, we slow down and listen closely—to your resistance, your longings, your inner voice that’s tired of playing small or staying stuck. You begin taking next steps that reflect your rebellious, most expressed creative self—not the one you’ve been told to be.

Through coaching, we can explore your creative identity, process, and business— the artist, the art, and the offering. Past clients often grappled with overwhelm, self-doubt, burnout, confusion, and scatteredness—a challenging space for creative expression!

    This is a space to:

    • Reconnect with your untamed essence + map your rebellious path

    • Define your creative identity + own what you're here to create.

    • Cultivate a softer inner dialogue + build self-partnership

    • Sharpen your problem-solving, decision-making + action-taking skills

    • Build tools to move through common creative vortexes (procrastination, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, self-doubt…)

    • Step into your power + learn to trust yourself as you become the rebellious artist you're meant to be.

  • The investment varies based on session length, frequency, and the level of support you need (typically between $500-$800/month).

That’s why we’ll meet in a free clarity call to discuss the specific roles I can play—whether as a gentle accountability partner (to help you build self-trust and stay focused on your path), a curious coach (to guide you in implementing new ways of being that bring you closer to the artist you aspire to become), or a dedicated thought partner (to co-create actionable strategies and bring your vision to life).

  • I hear you.

I actually haven’t found a coaching certification that I can fully stand behind—one that feels ethical, nuanced, and free from the shadow of exploitative business models. Many coaching programs promote ideas I fundamentally disagree with: I don’t believe there’s something broken in you that needs fixing. I don’t think every challenge is a mindset problem. And if you’re struggling financially, it’s not always a “money block” or a manifestation issue.

Too often, these spaces rely on high-pressure sales tactics and foster a culture of blame—telling people their circumstances are purely a reflection of their thoughts or energy. This oversimplification ignores the realities of systemic inequality, trauma, and the complexity of being human. I refuse to participate in a model that reduces people’s lived experiences to convenient, marketable soundbites.

And, when practiced ethically, coaching is a truly powerful way to get clear on what's keeping you stuck and help you move forward. I truly believe in the transformative impact coaching can have

I do not hold a coaching certification by the ICF. Instead, I’ve chosen a different path. I’ve immersed myself in trauma-informed education, somatic parts work, therapeutic arts modalities—approaches that honour the richness and messiness of human experience. My focus is on meeting individuals where they are, and offering support that acknowledges their unique stories without resorting to one-size-fits-all solutions.

I’m still learning, still questioning, and always choosing integrity over easy answers. Currently, I’m exploring the path toward certification as an art psychotherapist—a journey that will take many years!

KIND WORDS

"The transformation from vague idea to grounded vision within a year has been transformative for myself and my businesses. Pascale helped me clarify my ideas and create a sustainable structure that would honor my energy. She guided me through periods of tension, ungroundedness and perfectionism with wisdom and grace. I owe so much of my success, clarity and groundedness to the exercises, guidance, tools and relationship which unfolded in this coaching container. I am deeply grateful for this year-long chapter with Pascale."

loving reminder

Dear creative mind,

Your art doesn’t have to be world-changing to matter. Let go of that pressure. What truly counts is that it comes from you, from your truth, your essence. When you allow yourself to be seen, you become a mirror. You invite others to meet their own truths more gently. Creating from a place of authenticity doesn’t just reconnect you to yourself— it can open a doorway to something larger: the shared thread of human experience that binds us all.

This is how transformation begins, through soul-led acts of self-expression. When we stop fighting our nature (and nature herself), and start creating from it, with it, something shifts. We move from performance to presence. From to disjointedness to coherence. From isolation to interconnection.

Creative liberation is personal liberation, and can become a catalyst for collective transformation.

And that, is world-changing.
