PRIVATE COACHING
FOR ARTISTS tangled in the labyrinth of their creative mind
Let’s re-member your whole creative self.
Our creative mind can be a brilliant creator, but it doesn’t have to lead alone. The body can ground, the heart can discern, and the spirit can remind you of meaning.
Too often, creativity is treated as a function of the mind alone: a place where ideas are extracted, measured, and executed. The result is a fractured process, and a dis-membered creative life.
Dear Creative Mind is a love letter to the artist inside you. A restorative space to enter in relationship with all parts of your creative body, where you enter an intimate conversation between the devoted creative spirit and the imaginative mind.
There is a particular exhaustion that arrives when you have been creating from only part of yourself.
NICE TO MEET YOU, DEAR CREATIVE MIND
meet your guide
I’m Pascale, your guide on the rebellious path of creative living. I help artists re-member their creative nature and channel their imagination in generative, liberating ways.

…my own creative mind is not always a peaceful place. As a fellow artist, I too experience firsthand the contrast between the healing, cathartic power of art and the paralyzing anxieties it can stir.
From my own creative journey, and from guiding others professionally since 2019, I know that the answer to this question shifts for every creative, and for every season of their work. What I can tell you is this: flow never come from forcing, pushing, rushing, or bypassing our inner truths.
Creative flow unlocks when we chose to work with ourselves, rather than against ourselves. It comes when we learn to be present with the unformed, to return to center when we stray, and to move with the cyclical rhythms of our creative nature. And I know, deep down, there’s a wise and wild part of you that already knows that. ;)
When you’re ready for a creative rebirth, I’d be honoured to guide you, and walk with you through the darkness until you can reclaim your own creative agency.

Through creativity coaching and therapeutic art, I help you inhabit the polarities within yourself and your art, to cultivate inner coherence, self-expression, and forward momentum.

Coaching for me is both directional and reflective. It's a process that helps someone move forward, and inward. Through coaching, you are guided somewhere (toward a goal, a desire...), but also of being guided inward, deeper into the why.
Creativity is how I personally metabolize life. It’s the way I make meaning in this strange human experience. Maybe that’s how you see it too? Creativity is a life force, and because all things exist in duality, it’s inseparable from death. It is creation and destruction, making and unmaking. That’s what makes the creative process inherently cyclical and transformative. It asks you to become familiar with the void just as much as the breakthrough.
My creativity coaching approach is centered around helping you stay present to the process of making something from nothing. I’m here to guide you toward your creative goals, but also (and perhaps more importantly) to support you in deep, relational work: expanding your capacity to be with the parts of the process that test you, stretch you, and ultimately reshape you. I’m here to support you not just in what you make, but in who you become as you make it

Therapeutic arts (sometimes called non-clinical art therapy or “art as therapy”) is a creative approach to emotional and personal growth. It’s a way to connect with the subconscious and explore your emotional landscape through visual art, movement, writing, sound, or other creative forms.
I also love working with mythology and symbolism to explore aspects of our human experience that can feel difficult to access through the mind alone.
My work is not clinical. I do not offer psychotherapy or art therapy, and I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. What I do offer is a compassionate, non-judgmental space to support emotional insight.
This high-touch partnership is a guided rebirth for your creative life. It’s an intimate container that provides devoted guidance, deep reflection, and practical support for both the making and the meaning of your work.

THE CREATIVE BODY
-
At the heart of this work is the idea of re-membering your creative nature. I believe creativity is a living body: a mind, a spirit, a force that moves through us. Too often, that creative body is dis-membered.
Artists know this story intimately: every time we betray our values for approval, every time we let performance or perfection dictate our work, we lose a hand. Every time we turn away from what our feet know, we lose our footing.
The work we do together is the work of restoration. We decode the inner landscape (the knots, the loops, the inherited narratives that have shaped your relationship to making). We soften what has become rigid, and build new practices from the reality of who you actually are, not who you think a serious artist is supposed to be.
-
A creative life doesn’t look one way. You don’t have to be a painter, poet, or musician to be an artist. If you view life through a creative lens, this partnership was designed with you in mind.
Being an artist and monetizing your art are also two different things: you don’t have to be making an income from your art (or even want to) to benefit from this coaching partnership.
Maybe you're mid-pivot, feeling the pull of a creative life that doesn't yet have a clear shape. Maybe you're an active artist whose practice has started to feel a little too curated. Maybe you're just tired of spending as much energy fighting yourself as you do making things.
If you feel your creative hands or feet have gone still, if you’ve been moving to someone else’s rhythm, or if you want to trust yourself again, this space was built for you.

I guide artists and creatives to restore agency over their work, and honour both their inner world and the outer expression.
Part of our work together will be to build a new relationship with your creative mind: to know when to let it expand freely, and when to gently guide it back into form. We’ll also invite the rest of you (body, heart, spirit) into the conversation. The mind can be a brilliant creator, but it doesn’t have to lead alone. The body can ground, the heart can discern, and the spirit can remind you of meaning.
My approach blends creativity coaching, therapeutic arts facilitation, parts work, somatic practices, and symbolic insight to support self-literacy, creative expression, and forward movement.
Note: This work is not clinical; I do not provide psychotherapy or diagnose or treat mental health conditions. What I offer is a compassionate, non-judgmental space to reconnect with yourself and move intentionally toward your creative life.

Our creative partnership is a space we’ll co-create around who you truly are (and where your weirdness, complexity and intensity are welcome!).
Every session, we attend to both the making and the meaning: not just what you want to create, but who you are becoming in the process of creating it.
Common topics we might explore:
Self-literacy, identity & inner anchoring
Creative structures, systems and rhythms
Inner criticism, knots, loops and vortexes
Agency, inner authority and external feedback
Visibility, sharing your work and being seen
-
Our partnership typically includes:
An opening ceremony to set intentions for our work together
60-min coaching sessions on Zoom every month (held every 2-4 weeks)
Thorough session notes with tailored tools, practices and exercises designed specifically for you
Your Notion Workspace to communicate and keep everything organized
Email support between sessions for guidance, feedback, ideas, and perspective shifts.
Access to The Creative Liberation Portal
A closing ceremony to integrate, reflect, and move forward from a more grounded place.
Investment: $400–600/month, depending on the shape of our container (the frequency of sessions and the level of in-between support, which can range from a weekly check-in to ongoing access). I'm committed to finding something that works.

I hear you.
I actually haven’t found a coaching certification that I can fully stand behind - one that feels ethical, nuanced, and free from the shadow of exploitative business models. Many coaching programs promote ideas I fundamentally disagree with: I don’t believe there’s something broken in you that needs fixing. I don’t think every challenge is a mindset problem. And if you’re struggling financially, it’s not always a “money block” or a manifestation issue.
Too often, these spaces rely on high-pressure sales tactics and foster a culture of blame, telling people their circumstances are purely a reflection of their thoughts or energy. This oversimplification ignores the realities of systemic inequality, trauma, and the complexity of being human. I refuse to participate in a model that reduces people’s lived experiences to convenient, marketable soundbites.
And, when practiced ethically, coaching is a truly powerful way to get clear on what's keeping you stuck and help you move forward. I truly believe in the transformative impact coaching can have
I do not hold a coaching certification by the ICF. Instead, I’ve chosen a different path. I’ve immersed myself in trauma-informed education, somatic parts work, therapeutic arts modalities: approaches that honour the richness and messiness of human experience. My focus is on meeting individuals where they are, and offering support that acknowledges their unique stories without resorting to one-size-fits-all solutions.
I’m still learning, still questioning, and always choosing integrity over easy answers. Currently, I’m exploring the path toward certification as an art psychotherapist, a journey that will take many years!

client stories
“Working with Pascale has been the best investment I could make as I stepped into the 'pathless path' of becoming a professional creative. Right from the start, I found her to be a wonderful listener; attentive, empathetic, and willing to meet me exactly where I was. Pascale has inspired me to believe in my creative identity while teaching me the compassion I need on days when showing up feels impossible. She taught me how to sit with discomfort and allow those waves to pass. Working with Pascale has been one of the most transformative engagements of my life, and I will always cherish it. I'm deeply grateful for Pascale’s guidance as I continue to inhabit and embrace my life as an artist.”
— Rohan, patches in blue“Working with you was a healing experience and brought me so much joy for my work. The work we did together and our conversations helped me establish a new pace for myself and gather the courage to make difficult decisions. I've been chasing this clarity forever and a mere conversation with you was like a lightbulb. Coaching allowed me to create a space where I could play. This experience made me see that my business could be part of my healing path if I was willing to make it my own. You helped me find joy in my work and question what didn't, and prioritize myself. It's like, therapy was the theory, and coaching with you was the practice. I feel like I finally have a compass.”
- ana luísa, how kind studio“Pascale was truly the creative guide that I needed at the exact right time. She helped me create rituals and processes that support me fully in mind, body, and spirit. Together we were able to lay a solid foundation to build from as I begin to put my creative work out into the world. I've found my voice as an artist, am learning to take up space, find joy and fun in the process, and to be more intentional in every project I pursue. We laughed and cried together during our journey as I learned and healed creatively. I am genuinely so grateful to have her in my corner as I continue to grow as an artist. If you're thinking about working with her, just do it!”
— SUSAN VICTORIA BECHER, WRITER & MUSICIAN"The transformation from vague idea to grounded vision within a year has been transformative for myself and my businesses. Pascale helped me clarify my ideas and create a sustainable structure that would honor my energy. She guided me through periods of tension, ungroundedness and perfectionism with wisdom and grace. I owe so much of my success, clarity and groundedness to the exercises, guidance, tools and relationship which unfolded in this coaching container. I am deeply grateful for this year-long chapter with Pascale."
