GROUNDED SUPPORT FOR IMAGINATIVE WORK

PRIVATE COACHING THOUGHT PARTNERSHIP CREATIVE WORKSHOPS

Channel your vivid imagination in generative, liberating ways.

Dear Creative Mind exists as an antidote to the cultural wound that leaves creative people severed from their power, estranged from themselves, and at odds with the world they most want to transform.

Together, we rewild your creative spirit and restore rhythm, reverence, and relationship to the sacred act of creation. Because the world is better when your ideas are in it.

Creative minds often get caught in a curious paradox: we tend to spend just as much time making art, as we do undoing it in our head:  second-guessing, overthinking, avoiding.

This internal tug-of-war keeps creatives caught between conflicting forces, drawing and erasing simultaneously.

The greatest act of rebellion is choosing to love our creative life more than we love cooperating with our own oppression.*

*Wise words from Clarissa Pinkola Estés.

HI, I’M PASCALE

I’m a creativity guide, therapeutic arts practitioner, and strategic thought partner to artists, culture-builders and creative teams. I help them re-member their creative nature, channel their imagination in generative ways, and create from a rooted place.

My work offers space for the inner and outer dimensions of your work so your ideas and vision can take shape with integrity. My approach blends coaching, therapeutic arts, somatic practice, and parts work. I draw on myth, imagination, and the body to meet the messy, contradictory parts of your creative life. All in devotion to personal, collective, and creative liberation.

I believe our most profound creative work happens when we stay with the question long enough to hear what it truly asks. I hold space for that kind of listening.

  • "Working with Pascale helped me identify the root of the creative blocks I was experiencing and discover new ways to make creativity a joyful and consistent part of my life again. Her coaching supported me in moving through burnout and self-doubt, and in rediscovering my love for exploring the vastness of my imagination."

    Natalie Higdon, writer & performer

  • “Pascale's emotional intelligence and deep intuition, combined with years of entrepreneurship experience allowed for genuine and lasting mindset shifts. She provided a safe space for me to explore more difficult topics whilst coaching me to grow the skills I need to sustainably own a business."

    Marie-Pier, Miskeo Parfums

  • “Pascale really digs past the surface-level and offers a very supportive, solutions-oriented approach. Her follow-up session notes are terrific. I recently recovered from a disabling illness and was returning to my creative life with some trepidation. Her empathy and insight has helped me to be kinder to myself, come up with creative solutions, set achievable goals, and manage my energy levels.”

  • "One of the most wicked destructive forces, psychologically speaking, is unused creative power ... If someone has a creative gift and (...) doesn't use it, the psychic energy turns to sheer poison."

    - Marie-Louise von Franz

  • "To create is a profound experience of the value of life; to create is to crave a certain kind of life that flows in that cycle, to understand it as deeply as possible and to be changed by it. Creative life is a spiritual practice."

Clarissa Pinkola Estés, The Creative Fire

  • “Every act of creation is first an act of destruction.”

    Pablo Picasso

  • "It is play, not properness, that is the central artery, the core, the brain stem of creative life. The impulse to play is an instinct. No play, no creative life. Be good, no creative life. Sit still, no creative life. Speak, think, act only demurely, little creative juice."

The Red Shoes, Clarissa Pinkola Estés

  • "Art Should Comfort the Disturbed and Disturb the Comfortable."

    Cesar A. Cruz

  • "The job of the artist is always to deepen the mystery.”

    Francis Bacon

  • “Art is the search for meaning. It’s about how to be alive, to understand yourself, to be in the world. It’s a search for the things that matter.”

    Sophie Calle

  • "The artist’s job is to be receptive to forces greater than themselves, whether it’s a divine force or the collective unconscious."

    Rick Rubin

  • “Art is a wound turned into light.”

    Georges Braque
