NICE TO MEET YOU, DEAR CREATIVE MIND.
Iβm Pascale, your guide on the rebellious path of creative living.
Pascale CΓ΄tΓ©, Creativity Guide & Therapeutic Arts Practitioner
WHO I AM
Iβm an artist, creativity guide & therapeutic arts practitioner.
I work where opposites meet. At the core of my own art is a fascination with polarity: the tension between creation and destruction, order and chaos, immanence and transcendence. As a creativity guide, I hold space for you to sit with your own contradictions, to soften the inner wars that keep you stuck, and to begin integrating the parts of yourself that feel at odds. I help you enter in a self-partnership that grows your capacity to navigate uncertainty, complexity, and the liminal spaces where truly transformative creativity happens.
WHAT I DO
I help creative minds map their way out of the burnout β stagnation vortex.
Our most profound art emerges when we stay with the question long enough to hear what itβs really asking. I hold space for the hard work of listening to those deeper truths. Together, we step into creative liberation: a space for brave creatives who are ready to stop fighting against their nature and start creating from it. Weβll explore not just what you want to create, but also what gets in the way: the patterns, beliefs, and stories that may be holding you back.
WHY I DO IT
Grounded creative minds imagine & create a kinder future.
I am devoted to our personal, collective and creative liberation. I believe that when we are grounded in our creative flow, we become catalysts for change, both within ourselves and in the world around us. Your perspectives bring contrast, depth, texture, & colour to the world. Your voice, perspective and art is needed more than ever. Iβm devoted to creating spaces where this kind of honest, courageous, and transformative creativity can take root.

I exist in this weird world as a multi-hyphenate creative, queer, autistic and all-around unconventional human being. In this season of my creative life, Iβm relearning ceramics and writing about the process of untaming and rewilding ourselves: a spellbook that guides us in bending, breaking, and blooming beyond the lines weβve inherited. I also love painting visual remedies to soften the inner wars we all carry. I speak French, English, Spanish, and Iβm learning Portuguese and Arabic. Iβm originally from Montreal, Canada, and I immigrated to Portugal in 2025. If you know me personally, my life is pretty weird. If you really really know me, my life is a sitcom.
Iβm not attached to the idea of perfect βconsistency.β What I ask of myself instead is devotion, and it always takes on a slightly different form. This season, I am devoting myself to:
Painting: begin my week with a painting project on Monday morning.
Ceramics: attend my Thursday morning pottery class.
Writing: spend an hour at a coffee shop writing on Friday mornings.
Mythology studies: listen to a tale as I paint, and let the symbolism inform both my writing and painting explorations.
