workshops for creative teams
THE CREATIVE FIELD
Restorative practices for the humans behind the creative work.
Creatives who are depleted don't stop producing: they just stop caring about what they produce.
The ideas keep coming, the briefs get answered, the deadlines get met… But the creative mind and heart have checked out. The ideas start recycling, the procrastination becomes chronic, the work falls flat. This is what happens when creative people are asked to operate as though imagination were a tap that can simply be turned on, and the soil that creative work grows from has been asked to give without ever being tended to.
Most organisations respond to this by adding something: a new process, a new structure, a team day, a workshop on productivity or communication or creative thinking. And none of it works, because the problem is not one of skill or organisation or motivation.
Imagination is not a resource to be extracted; It needs tending.
The work your team makes holds the power to move people, shift perspectives, and reimagine what is possible. But that kind of work cannot be produced on demand, indefinitely, without cost.
The quality of the work comes from the quality of the inner life doing it.
The Creative Field offers your team space to come back to themselves, reconnect with why they make, and remember what they're capable of when the work comes from a rooted place. When those conditions exist, creative people do what they were always going to do: create.
If your team is navigating burnout, a period of high output, or feeling the slow accumulation of too much pressure and too little restoration, The Creative Field is a space designed specifically for the intricacies of a creative person.
I will not be asking your team to generate more ideas faster or unlock their creative potential or get more productive. What I offer is a container that speaks their language and honours the specific way a creative person experiences pressure, visibility, perfectionism, and the vulnerability of making something and putting it into the world.
restorative workshops for creative teams
Grounding creative practices to slow down, go inward, and work with the materials of imagination rather than against them.
THE CREATIVE FIELD
-
The Creative Field is designed for teams where creativity is the work. You might recognise your team here:
Creative agencies and design studios navigating the pressure of continuous output
In-house creative teams inside larger organisations who carry the creative culture of the whole
Values-driven organisations committed to people-centred ways of working
Production, content, and editorial teams whose creative energy is the product
-
Each workshop is a 90-minute online gathering, designed specifically for the inner landscape of creative work. Each workshop is designed in conversation with you before we begin, and followed by material your team can take with them after.
It typically includes a grounding practice, journaling and reflective prompts, gentle coaching, therapeutic art and art-making time without output expectation, and open conversation. Participants also receive pre-session material to prepare and post-session integration prompts to carry the work forward.
Some past workshops examples:
Re-membering Our Creative Selves — reclaiming the full creative self: every phase of the process, every inner voice, the dreamer and the critic and the maker all given their place.
Softening Our Inner Dialogue — befriending and learning to collaborate with the inner critic, rather than fighting a war that no one wins.
Reverie — a guided practice in daydreaming and possibility thinking, for teams whose imaginative range has narrowed under pressure.
The Creative Cycle — understanding (and working with) creativity as a cyclical process with phases of expansion, rest, gestation, and emergence.
Tending the Source — a practice-based workshop on building personal creative rituals that sustain imagination over time, rather than depleting it.
-
The Creative Field is offered as a flat rate, reflecting the full scope of what is included: an intake session with your team lead to understand your context and design something that makes sense for your people, the 90-minute workshop itself, pre-session material to prepare participants, and post-session integration tools to carry the work forward.
Single workshop — a standalone 90-minute session, custom-designed for your team. Starting from $800.
3-part series — 3 sessions sequenced across 6-8 weeks. Starting from $2,000.
kind words
“It helped me reorient my creative goals and process to better achieve my dream. The quality of the materials (both the pre and post-sessions) and the sessions themselves seamlessly guided us through a reflection process that changed how I view my work. I am very grateful for the series itself and the community.”
“After months of neglecting myself and my business, momentum gave me the time and space to think about myself and to imagine a world where I am not putting myself last. Throughout this process, I had the time to reflect about what it was that I wanted from my creative life and achieved the goals I set myself out to complete in the beginning.”
“Pascale holds such a safe and nurturing space where creative souls can feel seen, heard, fully witnessed. Although we each have our own unique experiences and stories in this life, we are all connected, and Pascale beautifully weaves a sense of this connection, so you truly feel like you are not alone on your journey. My creative heart and mind loved the gentle structure and variety of tools and resources offered throughout each session with visualisations, journaling, art expression, sharing if called to and knowing that if you just simply wanted to listen that was completely honoured too. Each session gifted new insights for which I am very grateful.”
“Pascale is a wonderful, gentle, calming presence. She teaches the exercises very simply and well; she explains clearly and easily, making the participant eager to start the exercise. I loved the event so much. It was simple and effective and I feel a massive shift when it comes to my art. I was able to give a voice to blocks I'd been experiencing. Pascale was able to help us identify what stood in the way of our creativity but also helped us set up 3 ways to push us gently to our edge, and, then helped us prepare soft places to land once we went to the edge. I thought that was so well-done. She's an excellent coach and teacher, very compassionate, loving and kind.”
A LOVING NOTE FOR THE TEAM LEADER
You care about your team, that's why you're here. But creative burnout, perfectionism, and the erosion of imagination are not things that respond to conventional wellness initiatives. They speak a different language, and they need a different kind of space.
You don't need to speak that language. That's what I'm here for.
My role is to hold the space your creative team needs, and guide them somewhere they likely haven't been given permission to go at work before.
The imagination your team brings to work every day is the most valuable thing your organisation has. It deserves to be tended to.
