The Creative Ground
THOUGHT PARTNERSHIP
For artists with a significant body of work, or creative project that needs a thinking partner to help distill, shape, deepen, and bring it into the world.
for leaders whose work carries a creative soul and a conscious mission.
You have a vision that doesn't compress easily into frameworks, and a mission that lives somewhere between the personal and the political. You're building a world, and it requires the same thing all meaningful creative work requires: the ability to hold both the strategic and the symbolic, the practical and the poetic. You’re building something meaningful (a book, body of work, offering, or cultural project) and want a thoughtful partner to help you see it more clearly.
I'm here to sit inside that complexity with you. To distill the essence, challenge and develop ideas, find the threads, and help shape what you're making in a way that honours both the spirit of the idea and you as the creator.
Clarify your vision, deepen the thinking, and give the work the structure it needs to move forward without losing integrity (or your well-being) in the process.
A thinking partnership for bringing complex ideas into form
IncludedAn exploratory conversation to see if we’re a fit, and map how I can best support what you're building.
A kick-off session to structure the season, align on vision, priorities, and the work that needs attention.
Collaborative monthly sessions to reflect, brainstorm, develop ideas, and make decisions.
A bank of hours for focused creative work across the projects and questions that arise.
A thinking partner who can hold the larger picture, point out blind spots, make connections, and help you see what you can't always see from inside the work.
Someone highly invested in keeping you and your vision well-resourced.
Support across creative needs such as book essence and architecture, outlines and chapter structure, writing and idea development, creative and brand strategy, offer design, brainstorming, and developing the shape of a body of work.
*Retainer hours typically range from 5–20 per month, depending on your needs and my availability. This can be used across a variety of time-bound projects and creative needs, including brand strategy, creative architecture and systems, book essence distillation, book outlines and chapter structure, writing project feedback and idea development, brainstorming, offer design, creative workflows, and ongoing creative guidance to help you stay aligned and deepen the work.

The investment reflects the depth of the engagement, and the retainer hours you need each month.
As an example, the following 3-month partnership is $5400:
1 × seasonal kick-off session
3 × monthly planning & collaborative sessions
30h bank of hours for creative & structural work
Ongoing communication via Notion
Retainer hours can range from 5 to 20 per month. We'll find a structure that's right for where you are and what you're building. Monthly payment plans are available (no extra fee).
There is a minimum of 3-month commitment for thought partnership.
A thinking partner for work that carries a worldview
A thought partner helps you stay close to the heart of what you're making while giving you enough distance to see it differently. They think alongside you, challenge your assumptions, and help you see what might be overlooked, so ideas actually move from your mind into the world.
This work is strategic and human: we tackle priorities, systems, and projects, but we also make room for the tensions, contradictions, and uncertainties that come with leading and creating. It’s a space to test ideas, reflect deeply, and act with clarity, without losing sight of your values or what matters most.
What I bring to our partnership
I am not here to change your vision or lead it. I'm a committed right hand: someone who can think alongside you, notice what needs pruning or expanding, and help bring greater coherence to what you're building.
I bring a background in coaching, somatic practices, and therapeutic arts, alongside a deep interest in mythology, symbolism, and archetypal thinking. These perspectives can help us notice the deeper story your work is trying to tell (and where that story might be getting in its own way). I can see the threads of what feels disjointed in a vision, and reflect them back in a way that allows you to strengthen it.
I also care about the conditions that allow good work to happen (your time, energy, attention, and creative capacity). What you're building asks a lot of you: part of my role is making sure you stay as nourished and inspired as the world you're trying to make.

This partnership works best when there is genuine resonance: in values, in the nature of the work, and in what we are each willing to bring to the table.
We might be a good fit if: Your work is rooted in a shared worldview (regenerative, creative, nature-based, ethically driven, or oriented toward a more conscious and connected way of living). You understand that this work is bigger than you personally: you are in service of a movement, a practice, a living thing that asks you to get out of its way sometimes. You are willing to be honest about what is working and what is not, including the places where your own patterns or attachment might be limiting the vision.
Someone else might serve you better if: You are in the very early days of figuring out what you are building (coaching might be a great place to start). You are looking for a strategist to hand you a plan and execute it. You are looking for someone to validate your decisions rather than think alongside you. You are not willing to make decisions and move forward: if we are remaking the same choices endlessly, neither of us is well served.
If you are reading this and something landed, let’s start a conversation.
“The transformation from vague idea to grounded vision has been transformative for myself and my business. Pascale helped me clarify my ideas and create a sustainable structure that would honor my energy. She guided me through periods of tension, ungroundedness and perfectionism with wisdom and grace. I owe so much of my success, clarity and groundedness to the exercises, guidance, tools and relationship which unfolded in this container."
